Certified Social Insurance Labor Consultant is directly authorized by MHLW (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) in Japan.
Main roles of labor consultant are;
1. We draft various documents on social insurance or labor insurance and apply them to the government on behalf of the employer.
2. Labor consultant also specializes in having general charge of management for labor and employment.
3. We can arrange the personnel system and the in-house rules in light of amendment of the law.
4. We carry out pay roll accounting.
As Japanese government procedures can often be complicated and it can often require certain and precise work, I can say that we of labor consultant contribute to minimize the back-office section of the companies as one of the outsourcers.

1. Fee for Advisory Contract
Following are the standard fee for continuous processing on labor insurance and social insurance and daily consulting services.

2. Scope of Services for Advisory Contract (example)
1) New enrollment of labor and social insurances (when the company makes the first enrollment.)
2) Processing of obtaining or deprivation of labor insurance and social insurance when board of members or employees join or leave the company.
3) Processing of changes on dependents or address.
4) Processing of change of monthly premium for social insurance based on change of salary.
5) Making books and filing based on various kinds of regulations on labor and social insurance.
6) Procedures of labor insurance and social insurance based on illness and injuries, and birth.
7) Processing of basic social insurance calculation
8) Processing of yearly labor insurance renewals
9) Processing of social insurance on bonus
10) Consulting, advice and direction on labor disputes
3. Processing of Payroll Calculation
Standard fee per time is calculated based on basic fee and number of employee.

In case that bonus are paid two times annually, Payroll calculations are made 14 times.
When we start our service, we will charge fee covering Payroll calculations for 2 months as initial setting expenses.
Fee for proceeding on year-end adjustment is charged based on basic fee and fee per person. Basic fee is same.
Please note that above fee system is guideline. We will make estimation based on the current situation and requests of clients.
4. Fee on spot contracts
1) New enrollment of labor insurance and social insurance
----labor insurance JPY 70,000, social insurance---- JPY 70,000
2) Various processing when staff join newly or leave the company.
----labor insurance JPY 30,000/ time, social insurance JPY 30,000/time
3) Processing of yearly labor insurance renewal--- JPY 50,000/ year
4) Processing of basic social insurance---- JPY 50,000 /time
5) Bonus processing of social insurance---- JPY 50,000 /time
6) Classified advertisement to public administration---- JPY 30,000 /time
5. Fees on other service
We will make estimation based on details and volume of the requests from clients. 1) Making and changing working handbooks and other rules.
2) Application of various kinds of subsidies.
3) Claims of employment pension, national pension and basic pension.
4) Claim and joint survey based on rules of labor and social insurance.
5) Consulting on human resource management and labor management (planning, proposal, doing and direction)
Please note that fees from above 1. to 4. vary in accordance with details and scope of service, industry and frequency of processing.
