Employment Contract (Agreement)

Uniformed management by working rules for existing regular employees is not suitable for the management of talented employees with specialist capability since employers make contract with the talented employees individually according to personal capability of each employee. Accordingly the individual employment contract for talented employees is required for each employee individually and personal management for each employee is required according to each contract. Following is the important points for the employment contract.

1. To specify specialist capability of the employee in the employment contract. It is important to clarify the position and/or title of employee such as system engineer, designer, HR manager and sales manager in the contract.

2. To set out job description and objective of the job, specify the deadline of achievements and clarify that salary is paid based on the achievement together with the criteria.

3. To make appropriate compensation and treatment according to the position.

4. To specify the period of the contract and reasons enabling to terminate the contract even during the duration of the contract.
