Provisions on fee (Oct, 2010)

1. Fee for Advisory Contract

The standard fee for continuous processing on labor insurance and social insurance and daily consulting services will vary with the number of employees.

2. Scope of Services for Advisory Contract (example)

  1. New enrollment of labor and social insurances (when the company makes the first enrollment.)
  2. Processing of obtaining or deprivation of labor insurance and social insurance when board of members or employees join or leave the company.
  3. Processing of changes on dependents or address.
  4. Processing of change of monthly premium for social insurance based on change of salary.
  5. Making books and filing based on various kinds of regulations on labor and social insurance.
  6. Procedures of labor insurance and social insurance based on illness and injuries, and birth.
  7. Processing of basic social insurance calculation
  8. Processing of yearly labor insurance renewals
  9. Processing of social insurance on bonus
  10. Consulting, advice and direction on labor disputes

3. Processing of Payroll Calculation

Standard fee per time is calculated based on basic fee and number of employee.

  • In case that bonus are paid two times annually, Payroll calculations are made 14 times.
  • When we start our service, we will charge fee covering Payroll calculations for 2 months as initial setting expenses.
  • Fee for proceeding on year-end adjustment is charged based on basic fee and fee per person. Basic fee is same.
  • Please note that above fee system is guideline. We will make estimation based on the current situation and requests of clients.

4. Fee on spot contracts

  1. New enrollment of labor insurance and social insurance
  2. Various processing when staff join newly or leave the company.
  3. Processing of yearly labor insurance renewal
  4. Processing of basic social insurance
  5. Bonus processing of social insurance
  6. Classified advertisement to public administration

5. Fees on other service

We will make estimation based on details and volume of the requests from clients.

  1. Making and changing working handbooks and other rules.
  2. Application of various kinds of subsidies.
  3. Claims of employment pension, national pension and basic pension.
  4. Claim and joint survey based on rules of labor and social insurance.
  5. Consulting on human resource management and labor management (planning, proposal, doing and direction)
