{"id":1931,"date":"2015-11-09T14:48:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-09T05:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/labor-consultant.com\/wp\/2015\/11\/09\/facts-about-employees-sending-mistaken-emails\/?lang=ja"},"modified":"2017-09-12T22:37:14","modified_gmt":"2017-09-12T13:37:14","slug":"facts-about-employees-sending-mistaken-emails","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labor-consultant.com\/ja\/2015\/11\/09\/facts-about-employees-sending-mistaken-emails\/","title":{"rendered":"Facts about employees \u201csending mistaken emails\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>\u25c6Over 60% of workers have experienced mistaken wrong emails<\/h3>\n<p>According to an investigation regarding missent emails in the workplace conducted by information security company Digital Arts Inc., over 64.6% of employees have experienced sending wrong emails (target: 1,102 individuals employed in companies across the country, 332 individuals in charge of information systems.)<br \/>\nIn addition to \u201cmistaking the recipient,\u201d some other real life examples of \u201csending mistaken emails\u201d are \u201cattaching the wrong file,\u201d or \u201centering an address supposed to be BCC as TO or CC.\u201d Many cases of \u201csending wrong emails\u201d can result in information leaks.<\/p>\n<h3>\u25c6Email is an essential work tool, so measures need to be taken<\/h3>\n<p>Due to the revision of the Personal Information Protection Law, the enforcement of the \u201cMy Number\u201d system, and various information leakage problems in public institutions and major companies, all companies are being increasingly required to take security measures.<br \/>\nIn these circumstances, it seems that there is a high number of cases in which information leaks out of the company through the email of an employee.<br \/>\nAt the moment, email is an essential work tool. However, it has become such an inherent part of our everyday lives that the risk always exists that an employee will make a mistake using it.<\/p>\n<h3>\u25c6Are the company\u2019s internal rules well known?<\/h3>\n<p>In the same survey, 61.3% of employees replied \u201cNot really\u201d when asked whether there are rules in their workplaces regarding the exchange of emails with people from outside the company.
